The white arrow on the CT image indicates the overlap region between MTV40 on 18F-FDG and that on 18F-BPA PET. The overlap volume is used to calculate DSC and JC. The top right image shows histograms of SUVs derived from GTVs on both PET images for the calculation of skewness and kurtosis
