  1. Equations (13)–(18) with shared parameters, which are designed for PBMS, were not included in the IBMS analysis. Function (19) failed based on visual inspection. For function (20) AICc could not be calculated as there are 4 fit parameters for only 5 data (compare Eq. (21))
