Patient example. Coronar FDG-PET images of a patient are displayed for all nine reconstruction algorithms (details see the “Methods” section). Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in the liver is given. Notably, Q.Clear150, PSF+TOF4/16, OSEM+TOF4/16, and OSEM+TOF2/17 exhibit unacceptably high noise (i.e., low SNR)
