PET/MR data were reconstructed with TOF, TOF with filter, TOF with PSF, and TOF with PSF and filter. Two iterations and 28 subsets were used, respectively (GE recommendation for phantom data). HRRT data were reconstructed without any filters (native), with a 2-mm Gaussian filter (standard in-house reconstruction for human data) using 6 iterations and 16 subsets, respectively, with PSF, and with PSF correction and 2-mm filter using 10 iterations and 16 subsets, respectively. Note the gap between spheres marks cold vs. hot spheres
