The last row in each image shows the direct comparison of PSMA-PET and histoPET. Note that some discrepancies between PSMA-PET and histoPET, such as the pronounced PSMA-PET signal at the dorsal and cranial prostate region for patient 2 (middle image), may be due to missing histopathologic information. Such regions were excluded from the further quantitative analysis in order not to bias the results
