Simulated PSA dynamics based on the final population PKPD model (median simulation with 50% prediction interval, n = 2000) after treatment with [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T with two different dosing schemes: two cycles of 7.4 GBq with a two-week interval (series repeated after twelve weeks) (‘2 × 2’) and four cycles of 7.4 GBq with a six-week interval (‘4 × 6’). Simulated results implied a slightly more prominent decrease in PSA (especially after the second cycle) for the ‘2 × 2 - repeated after twelve weeks’ scheme
