We can use the μ-map in c directly as we scan the mCT water phantom in the default position of the mMR water phantom, which is made of the same material and has the same inner and outer diameters as the mCT phantom in a but is 10 cm longer to cover the longer PET FOV of the mMR. The μ-map in c is given as a predefined μ-map in the mMR system reconstruction software (version VB20P)
